Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. You can reach us via livechat, or phone at 1-877-493-6847, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST. You can also reach us via email at [email protected].

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible in order to provide the best possible customer experience. For this reason we cannot guarantee that your order will be able to be stopped from shipping and canceled. Once you have received an email providing you with a tracking number we are unable to cancel the order. But have no fear! Changing an Order

If you would like to change an order, whether it be the quantity of product on the order, a shipping upgrade or an address change, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can best assist you. Again, we cannot change an order after tracking has been generated. 

*Please note: We are unable to change the shipping address for orders that were placed using PayPal and Payments by Amazon.*
